By accessing or using Begin Forever ("Platform"), operated by Kyomi, Pune, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Begin Forever, you must:

- Be legally eligible for marriage under Indian law
- Be a Christian or genuinely seeking a Christian life partner
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
- Not be currently married (unless legally divorced or widowed)
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not create more than one account per person.
- You must not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent.
- We reserve the right to reject or suspend any account at our discretion.
4. Profile Verification
Begin Forever is a 100% ID-verified platform. All members must:
- Submit a valid government-issued photo ID for verification
- Provide a recent, clear photograph of themselves
- Wait for admin approval before their profile becomes visible to other members
We reserve the right to reject profiles that do not meet our verification standards or community guidelines.
5. Community Guidelines
As a faith-based platform, we expect all members to:
- Treat other members with respect, dignity, and Christian love
- Not harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other members
- Not post obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Not use the platform for commercial purposes or solicitation
- Not misrepresent their identity, age, marital status, or other personal details
- Not share other members' personal information outside the platform
- Report any suspicious or abusive behaviour to our team
6. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of all content you submit (photos, text, messages).
- By posting content, you grant Begin Forever a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform for matchmaking purposes.
- We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising without your consent.
- You may delete your content at any time.
7. Privacy of Communications
Messages exchanged between members through our in-app messaging system are private. We do not read, share, or monitor private messages except:
- When required by law enforcement with a valid legal order
- To investigate reported abuse or violations of these Terms
- To ensure the safety of our members
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Create fake or misleading profiles
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other members
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or chain letters
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the platform's security
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
- Impersonate any person or entity
9. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, community guidelines, or for any other reason at our discretion.
- Upon termination, your profile will be removed and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Disclaimers
- Begin Forever is a matchmaking platform, not a marriage bureau. We facilitate introductions but do not guarantee compatibility or outcomes.
- We verify identities to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee the truthfulness of all information provided by members.
- We are not responsible for the conduct of members outside the platform.
- The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Begin Forever and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or any interactions with other members.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
