Yes. Creating your verified profile, browsing matches, and receiving interests are always free. No credit card is needed to get started.
What payment methods do you accept?v
All major methods via Razorpay — UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Wallets. All payments are secure and encrypted.
How does the founding member free week work?v
If you registered before our platform launch, you get 1 week free Premium automatically at launch — no coupon needed.
Can I cancel anytime?v
Yes. Cancel anytime from your profile settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?v
No. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You manually renew at the end of each period. You'll receive a reminder before expiry.
Are refunds available?v
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law. If a technical issue on our end prevents access for more than 72 hours, you can request a pro-rated credit at info@beginforever.in.
