How does the verification process work?

After signing up, you'll create your profile and upload a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, or Passport). Our admin team manually verifies every profile within 24-48 hours. We check that your name, photo, and details match your ID. Once approved, your profile becomes visible to other verified members. Your ID document is stored securely and is never shared with other members — it's only used for verification purposes.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your profile will remain on the platform but with limited free-tier access. You can reactivate your subscription anytime. If you wish to delete your account entirely, you can do so from your profile settings, and all your data will be removed within 30 days.
